Creepy Neighbor
Anyone have a creepy neighbor? I do.
Sleeping with one eye open tonight after I saw his duffle bag with a large sharp piece of wood, duct tape, straps to tie something with, and some kind of chemical substance in a bottle.
Hmm…I’m not sure if it’s worth notifying police about just yet, but I can’t for the life of me think of what positive those items can bring to someone?
